Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, and affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes until your return is processed.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be issued to the original payment method or your new exchange items will be shipped within 3-5 business days.
